Sharpening Your Edge After 40

Both Anne and I really want to share all we've been learning about how women after 40 start to come into their own power. So we're offering a free 2 hour seminar, Sharpening Your Edge After 40. We're holding it at the Wrentham Public Building on February 9th from 7:00-9:00pm.

It's going to be a heart-centered conversation about women and the special emotional, mental and physical challenges we overcome that opens up a new and exciting life as we enter the next phase of our lives. Reserve your seat today!

Join Us In October

Hello followers! This summer proved to be a time of transition for me. It has nothing to do with menopause, but something all of us entering our 40's and 50's can relate to, an aging parent.

Many of us find ourselves as we approach menopause, or while we're in the middle of it, balancing our lives, our families and our aging parents. This is not to mention our careers, businesses or our books. Finding that right balance point can be tricky.

My father came to live with me at the end of August. As many of you know, moving a parent out of their house is an exhausting project. We all pushed ourselves to our physical, mental and emotional limits.

Priorities shifted. Anne and I decided it was better to start the series in October, once things had settled down a bit rather than rush something.

So with Dad in place, we are gearing up for Humor and Hot Flashes in October. We are thrilled about the content and can't wait to share it with you all.

To keep posted on meetings, join our Facebook page where we're always posting good tidbits of information.

See you in October.

Welcome!

Women of a certain age (and the men that love them):

You can transition through menopause with love and laughter!

Are you dreading another sleepless night or onset of the next hot flash?

It doesn't matter if you are post menopausal, smack dab in the middle of the journey or just starting out, these questions can haunt most women.

As you struggle on the inside with these fears and doubts, you try to maintain a "cool" demeanor (even when you feel like strangling the person next to you!). It's not easy. Oh and let's not mention all the stereotypes that go along with menopause.

Well, Anne and I can't take away the symptoms, but we can provide a place of support, growth and love where we can laugh and share what we've learned, are learning or want to learn.

Not sure if this is for you? Contact either Anne or I and we'd be happy to answer your questions.
